Marion WBC
September 1, 2019

Dr. Jenny Hensley, co-owner of Dynamix, will be the featured speaker at the September meeting of the Marion Women’s Business Council. Set for Monday, September 9th, 2019 from 11:30 to 1:00, she will outline the key elements for enhancing the effectiveness of your meetings to better reach your organization’s strategic goals in a timely manner. Hensley says that the motto of Dynamix is, “We help you reclaim your time, so you can reclaim your life, and love your work.”

The luncheon will be in the Memorial Room located on the second floor of The Executive Building (formerly META Solutions), 100 Executive Drive, in Marion. Reservations for this event must be received by Wednesday, September 4. They can be made by sending an email to [email protected] or by calling Sherry Goodman, Membership Co-Chair, at 740-751-6950.

Hensley has mentored hundreds of professionals in the art of collaboration and effective group work. In addition to teaching courses, she has practiced these skills during her 17 years of educational administrative experience including roles as Assistant Superintendent and Chief Instructional Officer. Hensley’s specialty is designing processes and facilitating groups as they work through major organizational change. She is the author of “BLEND: Implement blended learning in your classroom in 7 days or less” … and the leading expert in blended/online program design. Hensley combines her knowledge of collaboration with her experience and training in the area of technology to create one-of-kind training and facilitation experiences.

Luncheon topics are chosen with a focus on issues that affect women and meet the Marion WBC mission statement. The cost is $15 per lunch, with the exception of the March Athena award presentation. Guests are always welcome with an RSVP.
