2017-18 Kick Off Meet & Greet in August Highlights New Location

The Marion Women’s Business Council will host an informal Kick Off Meet and Greet for all members and potential new members on Monday, August 14, 2017 from 11:30 to 1:00. The location will be in the Guthery Room located on the second floor of Maynard Hall on the Ohio State University at Marion campus.

A lite lunch will be provided as members network and familiarize themselves with the new location. Any 2016-2017 WBC member who brings a guest will receive a complimentary T-shirt. Signage indicating optimum parking and room location will allow members to feel more at ease with the new arrangement. Tours of the newly completed Science and Engineering Building will also be available.

Reservations for this event must be received by Monday, August 7. They can be made by sending an email to [email protected] or by calling Sherry Goodman, Membership Co-Chair, at 740-751-6950.

All 2017-2018 luncheon events will held in the Guthery Room at Maynard Hall on the Ohio State University at Marion campus., with a price of $13 per lunch September through May, with the exception of the March Athena award presentation. Guests are always welcome with an RSVP.

The Marion Women’s Business Council’s mission is to inspire women to reach their full potential through mentoring, networking, education, and recognition.  WBC luncheons are held the second Monday of each month, September through May.  Anyone interested in joining may browse our website for a membership application and a complete program schedule.   Those interested in joining are also encouraged to attend a luncheon to find out more.
