I am the Kenton Avenue Manager of the Marion Community Credit Union. I supervise four to six employees on a daily basis. I am responsible for my office staff's hiring, training, scheduling and reviews. I am responsible for staff and member security and safety. Administrator of our Visa credit card program, Debit/ATM card program, and phone system. Manage and maintain our Community Market ATM. In my building, I am responsible for supply and equipment ordering, Leading, Collections, monthly reports, newsletter articles, account charge-offs, cash drawer and vault balancing and ordering, new accounts, compliance, repairs and maintenance. Create marketing or disclosures pieces as needed. Maintain our company's voice mail system. Manage our web-site and on-line-banking programs. Assist in the development and administrating of our Kid's Club and Teen Club programs for financial education and fun. I am responsible for Annual office events and community relations for my office. As you can see, I wear many hats - some which I am sure I didn't mention. I fill whatever role needs to be filled on any given day.
